About Us - The Heart Behind Path of Awakening

Hello, I’m Hayley, the founder of My Healing Harmony and the creator of Path of Awakening.

For the past five years, My Healing Harmony has been my passion—a business and community built around my love of crystals, spirituality and helping people explore their own path. One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been connecting with people, hearing their experiences and making space for the questions they don’t always feel comfortable asking elsewhere.

Through those conversations, I began to notice how often the same questions came up: “Where do I start?” “How do I understand what I’m feeling?” “How do I trust my intuition?” With so much spiritual information available, many people felt overwhelmed and unsure of their next step.

Path of Awakening grew from those conversations and my desire to help.

I wanted to bring together the guidance, encouragement and sense of connection at the heart of My Healing Harmony in something you could receive at home and explore at your own pace. Through a monthly story and collectible grimoire pages, my hope is to make spiritual learning feel clearer, more approachable and easier to bring into everyday life.

Whether you are just beginning or have been exploring for years, I want you to feel welcome, supported and free to ask questions. You don’t need to have everything figured out to take your next step.

Alongside the guidance I share, I wanted to create a story you could connect with—one that explores the curiosity, uncertainty and discoveries that can come with a spiritual awakening. My hope is that, as you follow the journey through the book, you find moments that feel familiar and words for questions you may have struggled to express.

The collectible grimoire brings those themes into your own life. Each month, you’ll gather teachings, rituals and reflections that give you somewhere to begin, with clear explanations and practical ideas to explore. Over time, these pages will become a collection you can return to, adding your own notes and experiences as your understanding grows.

There is no pressure to work through everything immediately. You might spend a whole month exploring one teaching or find yourself returning to a page much later, when it holds a different meaning for you. This is your journey, and you get to take your time.

You don’t need special abilities, expensive tools or all the answers to belong here. Questions and doubts are welcome. I want to encourage you to stay curious, trust your judgement and explore what feels meaningful while remaining grounded in everyday life.

Creating Path of Awakening has allowed me to bring so much of what I love into one offering: storytelling, teaching, creativity and connection. Every page is created with the people in our community in mind—and with the hope of reaching those who are still looking for a welcoming place to begin.

🎨 Meet Sophie — Our Illustrator

Sophie joined our team as the illustrator for Path of Awakening, working alongside Hayley to bring the stories, teachings and grimoire pages to life through art.

Having studied fine art throughout her education and continued into a creative working life, Sophie specialises in printmaking, painting and illustration. Her work combines intricate lino prints with expressive painterly techniques, bringing a love of detail, texture and form to the project.

While portraiture and the human figure have always been close to her heart, Sophie also draws inspiration from the natural world. Her illustrations explore the delicate beauty of plants and insects—a lovely connection to the nature and seasonal themes woven throughout Path of Awakening. 🌿

Alongside her studio work, Sophie has spent the past two years supporting adults with disabilities to explore fine art. This experience has deepened her own practice, bringing fresh inspiration, confidence and a meaningful connection to the creativity of others.
